I set up Fortress to create a bespoke offering suited to my style; honest, passionate and with a focused approach. I continue to pride myself on my ability to build strong working relationships with both clients and candidates, and to truly understand their needs and challenges. It's this personal, consultative approach that sets us apart - delivering not just placements, but lasting relationships built on trust and results. Outside of work, I’m family-oriented and enjoy spending time with my husband, son and dogs, Polly and Percy. A food enthusiast and qualified PT, I balance family life with fitness, often in the gym or running around the South Coast!
