Armed Forces Covenant

Fortress Recruit is a proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant, a public pledge supported by the Ministry of Defence, that the Armed Forces community will be treated with the fairness and respect their service deserves.

By signing the Covenant, we have formally committed to two core principles: that no member of the Armed Forces community should face disadvantage in accessing commercial services compared to any other citizen, and that special consideration should be given where appropriate, particularly to those who have been injured or bereaved in service. These principles underpin our commitment to treating every member of the Armed Forces community with fairness, respect and understanding.

Registration involves a detailed review of key areas including company information, financial standing, policies, accreditations and regulatory requirements, with membership subject to ongoing review and renewal.
