Administered by Hellios, JOSCAR is used by over 27 major buying organisations, including the Ministry of Defence, to assess and validate suppliers operating within these highly regulated industries. Registration is achieved through a thorough, structured vetting process that requires demonstrated compliance with a comprehensive range of pre-qualification criteria. This includes areas such as regulatory adherence, financial standing, and operational integrity. Registration is not a one-time exercise; it requires ongoing commitment and annual renewal to ensure standards are consistently maintained.
